Gary Lassen provides advice and advocacy on appeals in both state and federal courts for his own clients and many clients referred by other attorneys.
Whether a client’s goal is to reverse an adverse judgment, or protect a favorable one, Mr. Lassen gives each appeal a fresh perspective, carefully analyzing the record on appeal, advising clients on the advisability of appealing and creating a successful strategy.
Mr. Lassen has the specialized skill necessary to be a successful advocate for clients before the appellate courts, including the ability to analyze the underlying record, apply his knowledge of substantive and procedural law to the underlying facts, and make compelling arguments in the courts. He has successfully represented clients in cases before the Arizona Supreme Court, the Arizona Courts of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeal and has assisted in petitions to the U.S. Supreme Court. |
